In a quick interview with Fortune, founder of Change.org, Jennifer Dulski, narrows in on some of the advice she received from her professor in her college days. Her teacher did research about regret, and turns out that people in the short term regret things they did and then in the long term, people actually regret things they didn't do. So the exact opposite happens in the long term effect of our lives. This insight was very beneficial to her because it guided her and enabled Jennifer to challenge herself more. She has since never forgotten the wisdom she learned about regrets and took it with her into the business world.
