When Bill Murray was interviewed and asked if there was anything he wanted that he didn’t have yet, he answered in a very profound way. Instead of stating material possessions, he explains in a round-about way how he’d like to be more “present” in his life. Profound answer to a simple question. Who would’ve thought, even Bill Murray would like to “live in the moment,” “be present” more often. Sometimes we get caught up in everyday tasks and need to remind ourselves to live in the moment, we have this illusion that there is such thing as “the future” or “the past” but in actuality the future and past don’t exist. All we have is the present!
